After having spent the past 2 years in Stockholm, it is now time to move back.Oliver and I arrived on the 26th of December, 2012, to Stockholm. Niclas followed in March and Jessica and Fredrik chose to stay at University in Sydney.
The plan was to stay for 1 year and teach Oliver Swedish and reconnect with family and friends in Stockholm after having been living abroad since 2000.
I started working for Skanska Healthcare as Project administrator building a new laboratory within the Nya Karolinska Solna and have enjoyed this very much. This together with Niclas working for Fritidsresor and setting up a company helping people with computer problems, Olivers school and teacher has been wonderful and getting reconnected with great old and new friends and family made us stay one year longer than planned.Now the time has come to reunite our family and spend time together with Jessica and Fredrik and get the kids to reconnect with us and Oliver.
This has not been an easy decision to make. As Oliver says - can we live in Sydney and go to school in Stockholm? This would be a great solution. It is part of our life plan to be able to live in Sweden from May to August and then live where the children are - and spend time travelling. It will have to be after Oliver finishes school though.
